You received a parking violation because your vehicle was parked in a privately owned parking lot without a properly displayed parking permit. You may have also received a violation because your vehicle was improperly parked in a lot dedicated to property tenants or customers of those tenants.
Is Liberty Commerical Group or Williamsport Properties Parking Administration affiliated with the Williamsport Parking Authority?
No. Liberty Commerical Group is a private entity which enforces its own parking standards in accordance with Pa Vehicle Code (75 Pa. CS 3353) and Pa Code (67 Pa Code 212.115)
